Placing Your Order

You may place an order securely online using Credit or Debit Cards, or PayPal Secure Payments. You do not need a PayPal account.
Your order will be confirmed by return email.
The price shown for the goods includes FREE UK Delivery unless otherwise stated.

We aim to dispatch orders received before midday on the same day.
To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class or a courier of our choice.
Digital Download Orders – You will be sent a PDF document by email within one working day for you to print at home or with a local printer. We recommend using good quality paper and setting your printer to best printing for the highest quality results. This makes it an ideal gift if you need it quickly. (No physical item will be shipped).

The Gift Chart you receive will be produced to the design illustrated and described, and personalised with the details provided when the item was ordered.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you have any concerns upon receipt, please contact us immediately by email.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns by replacing the Day You Were Born Chart insert, we will accept the complete item back and issue a refund once it has been received.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please notify us in writing within 7 days. Further instructions for returning the goods, including any applicable return charges, will then be provided.
All cancelled orders must be returned unopened.
